Important Information
- Order cutoff: Orders placed before 3:00 PM ET begin processing the same day.
- Processing time: 1 to 2 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding weekends).
- Delivery time: 5 to 10 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding weekends).
- Shipping cost: Free delivery on all orders.
Order Processing Time
At Westmount Toronto, every order is carefully prepared before it leaves our facility. Orders placed before 3:00 PM ET begin processing the same day, while orders placed after this cutoff begin processing the next business day. Our standard processing time is 1 to 2 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding weekends and public holidays).
Please note that processing does not take place on weekends. An order placed on a Friday afternoon or over the weekend will typically begin processing on the following Monday.
Shipping Methods
We ship all orders through trusted carriers to ensure your items arrive safely and on time. Once your order has been processed and dispatched, it is handed over to the carrier for delivery to your chosen address across Canada. You will receive a confirmation email as soon as your order is on its way.
Estimated Delivery Times
After your order has been processed, the estimated delivery time is 5 to 10 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding weekends and public holidays). Please keep in mind that the total time to receive your order is the processing time (1 to 2 business days) plus the delivery time (5 to 10 business days).
Delivery estimates are provided in good faith but are not guaranteed, as final delivery depends on the carrier and your location.
Shipping Costs
We are pleased to offer free delivery on all orders. There are no minimum spend requirements and no hidden shipping fees at checkout — the price you see is the price you pay.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, we will send you a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number and a link to follow your parcel. Please allow up to 24 hours after dispatch for tracking information to become active. If you have not received your tracking details within a reasonable time after your order was processed, feel free to contact us and we will be happy to assist.
International Shipping and Customs
Westmount Toronto ships to customers in Canada. As our orders may be dispatched from outside Canada, some shipments may be subject to customs inspection, import duties, taxes, or other charges levied by Canadian authorities.
Where applicable, these customs or import charges are set by the relevant authorities and are the responsibility of the customer. They are not included in your order total and are not collected by us. We recommend checking with your local customs office if you would like more information about possible charges before ordering.
Delays
While we do everything we can to dispatch and deliver your order within the stated timeframes, occasional delays can occur due to circumstances beyond our control. These may include high demand periods, adverse weather, carrier disruptions, or customs processing. If your order is significantly delayed beyond the estimated delivery window, please reach out to us so we can look into it for you.
Lost or Undelivered Parcels
If your tracking shows that your parcel has been delivered but you have not received it, please first check with members of your household and neighbours, and look in any safe locations where the carrier may have left it. If you still cannot locate your parcel, or if tracking has not updated for an extended period, please contact us.
We will work directly with the carrier to trace your parcel and resolve the situation. Please get in touch with us as soon as possible so we can help you promptly.
