Prices and Currency
All prices in our store are shown and charged in Canadian Dollars (CAD). The total you see at checkout — including any applicable taxes — is the final amount that will be charged to your chosen payment method. If you pay with a card issued in another currency, your bank may apply its own conversion rate and fees, which are outside our control.
When You Are Charged
Payment is processed at the moment you place your order, so we can begin preparing it right away. Orders placed before 3:00 PM ET begin processing the same day. Once your payment is confirmed, we handle your order within a processing time of 1 to 2 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding weekends), with delivery in 5 to 10 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding weekends). We're also pleased to offer free delivery on all orders.

Your security is our priority. Our checkout is fully encrypted using industry-standard SSL technology, which means all the information you enter is protected as it travels between your browser and our payment provider. You'll recognise a secure connection by the padlock icon and the "https://" in your browser's address bar.
All payments are handled by certified, PCI-DSS compliant payment processors. Your full card details are never stored on our servers and are never visible to us — they are transmitted directly and securely to the payment provider. This keeps your sensitive financial data safe at every step.
