Refund policy
At Westmount Toronto, we want you to be completely satisfied with every purchase. If something isn't quite right, this policy explains how returns, refunds, exchanges and cancellations work.

- Return window: 30 days from the date you receive your order.
- Item condition: unused, unworn and in the original packaging.
- Change-of-mind returns: you cover the return shipping cost.
- Damaged, defective or incorrect items: report within the same 30 days for a free replacement or full refund, including return shipping at no cost to you.
- Refunds: processed within 14 days to your original payment method.

Return window
You have 30 days from the date you receive your order to request a return. Requests made after this period may not be accepted.
Condition of items
To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, unworn and returned in their original packaging, including any tags, accessories and documentation that came with the product. Items that show signs of use or damage caused after delivery may not qualify for a full refund.
How to start a return
To begin a return, simply email our support team at info@westmount-toronto.com with your order number and the item(s) you wish to return. We will reply with clear instructions and the return address. Please wait for our confirmation before sending anything back so we can process your return smoothly.
Return shipping costs
For a standard change-of-mind return, the customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping. We recommend using a tracked shipping method, as we cannot be responsible for items lost in transit on their way back to us.
Damaged, defective or incorrect items
If your item arrives damaged, defective or you received the wrong product, please contact us within the same 30-day window from receipt. In these cases, Westmount Toronto will cover the cost of a free replacement or a full refund, including any return shipping, at no cost to you. Sending a photo of the issue by email helps us resolve your case as quickly as possible.
Refund timing
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, your refund will be processed within 14 days to your original payment method. Depending on your bank or card provider, it may take a few additional days for the amount in CAD to appear on your statement.
Exchanges
If you would like a different size, colour or product, the fastest way is to email us to arrange an exchange. Where a like-for-like exchange isn't possible, we can process a refund for the returned item under the terms above, and you are welcome to place a new order.
Cancellations
If you change your mind before your order ships, contact us as soon as possible and we will do our best to cancel it. Orders placed before 3:00 PM ET begin processing the same day, and processing takes 1 to 2 business days, so please reach out promptly. If an order has already shipped, it can still be returned once received under this policy.
